Water levels are falling but slowly. Water temps are dropping quickly and clarity is around 2 feet. The last week of October was quite a week with huge numbers of fish each day.

Water level is back up a bit from last week, still about 7 feet above normal. Water clarity is good and temps are in the mid 40s. A bit of a short week due to the rainy/windy conditions early on but trips mid to late week found us catching great numbers every day.

Water level and flow are dropping slowly. Temps are also on the way down but leveled off in the upper 40s. Clarity is very good. We migrated back into the river as this past week progressed.

Water has finally crested at Red Wing with clarity pretty normal and water temps falling rapidly. We spent all week in the lake just to get away from quickly rising water in the river that had marginal clarity.

Water level and flow are up and going higher. Water temps are normal for early fall. Fish are definitely on the bite but staying on top of them is a challenge when water levels change rapidly.

Water level has just crested and slowly falling. Flow and temp are slowly falling as well. Clarity is improving but still not great. This week was another one where we covered a lot of water in search of fish.
