Level and flow are at a pretty normal level and clarity is really good at about one foot.
Fishing on the river has remained steadily good as we have made the transition from spawn into post spawn. Pulling Dubuque Rigs has given way to pulling cranks and bait. Relatively dry conditions have kept our river very clean for the past few weeks which always puts the odds in our favor.
We will keep on the move while some fish fall back into the lake and some set up in the river on their summertime haunts. We are about one warm spell away from seeing summertime patterns really take shape.
