Low flow and level are still the norm on Pool 4.

We are right in the middle of the fall bite. Walleyes and crappies have been cooperating in their normal fall haunts for the past few weeks. Multiple presentations have been effective for walleyes and saugers ...Trolling, pitching hair jigs, pulling or throwing Miller Rigs, blade baits and Jigging Raps have all caught fish as of late. Plastics will likely really kick into gear about next week with temps headed south.

The crappies in pics have all been caught pitching or vertically jigging small hair jigs. Mostly without bait but a few with a jig/minnow.

Good things ahead as November is always a dynamite time to be on the river.
